Malaŵi has been a member of the OGP Global Body since 2013. Through OGP, Malaŵi has a tool to embrace democracy by promoting its Constitutional principles of transparency, accountability and citizen engagement.
OGP is a partnership among Government, Civil Society Organizations, Private Sector, Academia and the citizens themselves. Membership to the OGP Global Body is at national or local government levels.
