His Excellency Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, President of the Republic of Malawi has officially inaugurated the 2021-22 National Forestry Season (NFS).
As part of the activity the president has planted Mthethe and Jacaranda tree species at Mpanda hills and Dowa Secondary School.
Malawi has projected to plant at least 40, 000, 000 trees during the season.
